Cloud, infrastructure & engineering

Deploy with confidence. Operate with clarity.

From one critical server to a global platform, we design, deploy and maintain the infrastructure your business depends on. Your servers, your cloud account, or ours.

The difference is in the details

Infrastructure should give you peace of mind.

No mysterious outages. No releases that require an all-night vigil. No backups nobody has ever restored.

  1. 01 / Release

    Make changes without drama.

Every change follows a repeatable path: built, checked, deployed and verified, with a way back if something goes wrong.

  2. 02 / Observe

    Know before users tell you.

Meaningful logs, application health and alerts help teams identify and resolve issues earlier.

  3. 03 / Recover

    Prepare for the unexpected.

Scheduled backups, recovery runbooks and tested restoration make resilience more than a promise.

An interactive look at delivery

From a developer’s change to a safe release.

Explore the steps of a controlled deployment. Every stage has a clear purpose and an observable result.

Step 01 / Build

Every release starts from source.

A commit triggers an automated build, creates a consistent application artifact and records which version is ready for testing.

pipeline / release.yml
$ git push origin release
→ Build triggered for commit 6d18a2f
✓ Dependencies resolved
✓ Application packaged
✓ Artifact tagged: release-2.8.5

# Ready for automated validation

Step 02 / Test

Catch problems before your users do.

Automated checks validate critical behaviour, dependencies and configuration before the release can move forward.

pipeline / release.yml
$ pipeline verify release-2.8.5
✓ Unit checks completed
✓ Integration checks passed
✓ Database migration validated
✓ Deployment candidate approved

# No production traffic was affected

Step 03 / Deploy

A safer handover to production.

The new version is deployed progressively where supported, verified against health checks and rolled back if the checks fail.

pipeline / release.yml
$ deploy --strategy=rolling
✓ New application instances started
✓ Readiness probes passed
→ Routing traffic gradually
✓ Previous version retained for rollback

# Release complete after verification

Step 04 / Monitor

Stay responsible after the deploy.

Health checks, logs, metrics and alerts show whether the application behaves as expected. The change is recorded for your team.

pipeline / release.yml
$ observability check release-2.8.5
✓ Application responding normally
✓ Error rate within defined threshold
✓ Backup policy unchanged
✓ Release report generated

# Continue observing business-critical paths

What we own with you

Everything that keeps software running.

From the first server setup to ongoing improvement, the work stays visible and the ownership stays clear.

Engineering-led support, tailored to your existing systems.

01 Infrastructure & hardening

Linux hosting, firewalls, nginx, TLS certificates, access controls and environment configuration. We remove unnecessary exposure and document the setup.

02 CI/CD & controlled deployments

Automated builds, repeatable testing, release approvals and a rollback plan. Where the architecture allows it, we use rolling or blue-green releases to minimise interruption.

03 Databases & data operations

Oracle, PostgreSQL and application data services. Backups, schema versioning, controlled migrations and performance reviews aligned with business requirements.

04 Monitoring & incident response

Application metrics, traces, log retention and actionable alert routing. Agreed escalation procedures, incident reports and practical follow-up work.

05 Backups & recovery testing

Automated data and file backups, storage away from the production host and scheduled restoration exercises to validate recovery procedures.

06 Security & access management

Least-privilege access, secrets management, patch planning and auditable change handling. Your accounts, credentials and data remain under agreed ownership and control.

No forced migrations

On your cloud. On your servers. On your terms.

Where your application runs is a business decision. We bring operational discipline to the infrastructure you already have, or help you choose something better.

Example approach: Harden the existing server, deploy through a pipeline, route alerts to named engineers and keep verified backups off-site.Use your own OCI, AWS, Azure or other supported account, with clear access, automated releases, monitoring and a documented recovery plan.Choose an agreed managed environment, with defined ownership, backups, operational visibility, access boundaries and a handover plan.

Practical answers

No surprises. No jargon.

The questions teams usually ask before handing over a production system.

Do we need to move everything to the cloud?

No. We work with servers you own, public-cloud accounts and hybrid environments. We recommend changes only where there is a clear operational or business benefit.

Can Kweepa host our application?

We can discuss managed hosting or operate services within an account in your name. Responsibilities, access, data ownership, service levels and recurring costs are agreed before setup.

Can you take over a system someone else deployed?

Yes, after an initial technical review. We assess the architecture, documentation, credentials, deployment process, backups and current risks, then propose a safe handover.

How do you know the backups actually work?

Taking a backup isn’t proof of recoverability. We establish restoration procedures, test recovery in a suitable environment, record results and follow up on failures.

What about response times and support hours?

Support hours, incident severity, response targets and escalation channels depend on the agreed service arrangement and the criticality of your systems.
