More than a help desk
Support that gets ahead of the problem.
Real support means knowing the system, knowing the risks, and knowing what to do next. Not just closing tickets.
Our scope, response coverage and escalation path are agreed around how critical your systems are.
-
01
Understand the system.
We review the code, architecture, hosting, databases and the way your people actually use it. You get a clear view of dependencies, risks and priorities.
-
02
Stabilise what’s fragile.
We fix recurring problems, improve visibility and document the essentials before they become business interruptions.
-
03
Protect day-to-day operations.
Monitoring, security maintenance, tested backups and practical incident response keep your business prepared.
-
04
Keep making it better.
Small enhancements, performance improvements and reliable releases let the software grow with your organisation.
Visibility matters
You should always know what’s being done.
Not vague “it’s fixed” updates. Clear records, meaningful handovers and evidence your team can use.
A response with a record.
What happened, what changed, and what we’ll do to reduce the chance of it happening again.
Updates you can trace.
A documented plan for patching, testing and safely releasing the changes your system needs.
A backup is only useful if it restores.
Evidence of backup checks, recovery responsibilities and the results of planned restoration exercises.
Illustrative deliverables: actual reporting is tailored to your agreement.

What we take care of
From everyday fixes to critical recovery.
Explore the work behind dependable software.
01 System takeovers & handover
We can take responsibility for software built by another team. We assess the code, architecture, environments, documentation and access before agreeing on a support scope.
Typical outputSystem map, known risks, access inventory and a prioritised support plan.
02 Faults & incident response
Issues move through triage, investigation, controlled fixes, testing and release. Critical events follow an escalation procedure appropriate to the business impact.
Typical outputIssue history, resolution notes, root-cause findings and follow-up actions.
03 Monitoring & recovery
Application health, errors, infrastructure capacity and backup jobs are monitored. Recovery steps are documented and restoration tests planned.
Typical outputAlert rules, recovery runbooks, backup evidence and health reviews.
04 Security & dependency updates
We maintain operating systems, runtimes, databases, libraries, access controls and certificates, using staged testing to reduce upgrade risk.
Typical outputPatch records, vulnerability priorities and release documentation.
05 Improvements & small changes
Reports, new fields, integrations, performance improvements and adjustments to business rules can be delivered through an agreed ongoing change process.
Typical outputAgreed change list, tested releases and updated documentation.
06 User assistance & knowledge transfer
We help your staff solve practical problems and make sure the operating knowledge is shared, rather than sitting with one developer.
Typical outputQuick reference guides, support notes and team handover sessions.

Common questions
Straight answers before you commit.
Support is a partnership. Here’s how we approach the questions that matter most.
Ask us a different questionCan you support software you didn’t build?
Yes, subject to an initial review. We look at the code, hosting, database, access and any constraints. We explain any blockers before committing to ongoing support.
What hours and response times do you offer?
Coverage and response targets depend on your system’s criticality and your agreement. We can discuss working-hour support, extended coverage, and escalation arrangements across time zones.
What happens if a critical system fails?
We follow an agreed escalation process: assess impact, restore the service where possible, communicate progress, then document the cause and preventive actions. Response commitments are defined in your support agreement.
Can you work alongside our existing engineers?
Yes. We can take ownership of a particular application or responsibility, operate as an extension of your team, or provide specialist help for upgrades, performance, security and integrations.
Will our data and infrastructure remain under our control?
They can. We support systems in your own environment or a mutually agreed hosting setup, with access rights, ownership, security responsibilities and handover terms established in the agreement.
Let’s make it dependable
Tell us what has to keep working.
We’ll review your system, understand the risks and propose a practical way to support it, from Kenya to wherever your business operates.
