Customer portals, operational dashboards, approval systems and mission-critical back-office platforms built around your workflows, not the other way around.
Examples · CRM · Case management · Internal operations
02 Mobile applications
Intuitive Android and iOS experiences for customers, frontline workers and field teams, including offline-capable workflows where connectivity is unreliable.
Examples · Booking apps · Field operations · Customer self-service
03 Integrations & automation
Make your systems work together with reliable APIs, event-driven processes, payment connections and targeted automation that removes repetitive manual work.
Examples · ERP · Payments · Messaging · AI-enabled workflows
04 Modernisation & support
Improve, rebuild or replace outdated software in safe stages. Migrate data carefully, plan each release and keep operations running throughout the transition.
Examples · Legacy systems · Cloud migrations · Maintenance
How we work
Clear steps. Visible progress. No big reveal at the end.
You see what we’re designing and building at every stage, with room to test and refine as we go.
Stage 01 / 05
Understand the work, not just the brief.
We talk with the people who use the system, map bottlenecks and agree on what success looks like before committing to a build.
You receive: an agreed scope and delivery priorities.
Stage 02 / 05
Agree on the experience before development.
We turn the process into user journeys, screens and a prototype your team can review, challenge and refine.
You receive: approved flows, designs and technical decisions.
Stage 03 / 05
Deliver in manageable increments.
Engineers implement the system with code reviews, testing and regular demos, so feedback arrives while it can still shape the product.
You receive: working software and visible progress.
Stage 04 / 05
Go live with a controlled transition.
We plan deployment, access, data migration, training and fallback measures with your team, then verify the release against agreed checks.
You receive: a release plan and deployment documentation.
Stage 05 / 05
Keep the software useful as work changes.
We monitor agreed outcomes, resolve issues, improve performance and prioritise enhancements around real usage.
You receive: a support and improvement roadmap.
Work with us your way
Great software teams, without the hiring overhead.
Outsource a complete project or extend your existing engineering team. We collaborate across time zones, codebases and borders while keeping delivery transparent and your work under your control.
Let’s discuss how to work togetherProject delivery: Agree on outcomes, milestones, responsibilities and a delivery plan before development begins.
Dedicated development team: Work with a consistent group of engineers who build context over time, align to your product roadmap and share regular progress.
Staff augmentation: Add specialists to your existing engineering team, with collaboration through your code reviews, planning rituals and release tools.
We work with modern stacks and the technology you already use.

A few things to know
Good questions, straightforward answers.
Every engagement is scoped to the actual work. Here are the questions that usually come first.
Who owns the source code and designs?
Ownership, licenses and any third-party components are specified in the agreement. For a custom commissioned build, we normally arrange to hand over the agreed source code, designs, documentation and client data under the contract.
Can you work with our existing IT team?
Yes. We can deliver independently, work alongside your developers, or supply engineers who use your repositories, reviews, project tracker and release process.
How are projects priced and scheduled?
We start with the requirements and dependencies. After discovery, we propose milestones, deliverables, assumptions and commercial options, which may be fixed-scope or based on a dedicated monthly team.
Do you work with organisations outside Kenya?
Yes. We collaborate remotely with international teams and adapt delivery schedules, communication and infrastructure choices to the client's location and operating requirements.
Let’s build something useful
Tell us what needs to work better.
Whether it’s a new platform, a disconnected process or an overloaded engineering team, describe the problem. We’ll help you define a practical starting point.
