Follow the money

One payment. Every step accounted for.

A payment shouldn’t end with a success screen. Explore what needs to happen behind the scenes, from the first request to your accounting records.

01 / Request received

Your customer chooses how to pay.

A checkout or back-office action starts a payment request, tied to the correct order, invoice or account.

What we engineer

Everything works together. Nothing bolted on.

Choose only what your operation needs, or let us connect the full payments journey.

01 Collections & checkout

M-Pesa STK push, paybill and till collections; Airtel Money, card payment gateways and banking connections. Payments are tied to the right customer and business record.

02 Payouts, transfers & refunds

Controlled disbursements and refunds with approval workflows, limits and payment-status tracking. Exact capabilities depend on each provider, account and market.

03 Reconciliation & exceptions

Bring provider transaction records and internal orders together, identify missing or unmatched entries, and give operations teams a clear queue to resolve exceptions.

04 Security, controls & audit

Protect provider credentials, verify callback authenticity, apply idempotency where needed, restrict sensitive operations by role and keep traceable transaction events.

05 Reporting & financial systems

Collections, payouts, fees and exceptions by business unit, channel or date, with exports and connections to your accounting, lending, ERP or order-management systems.

06 Existing system integration

Connect to your existing software using REST APIs, event streams or structured file exchange when necessary. We assess what the current system supports before proposing the safest approach.

Your ecosystem, connected

Bring your tools. We make them work together.

Provider access and geographic availability depend on the service and account setup.

Good questions

Clarity before you commit.

Payments are business-critical. Here’s what organisations usually want to know before integration starts.

Ask us something else
Does the money go through Kweepa?

For our payment integration service, funds go through your own configured provider, paybill, till or bank arrangements. Kweepa builds and maintains the connection; it does not act as the holder of your funds.

Can you integrate an existing application?

Usually. We review your APIs, data model and deployment setup first, then propose a suitable connection. Where a system lacks an API, a staged integration or import workflow may be possible.

What if a payment confirmation is delayed?

We design for delayed, duplicated or missing callbacks through verification, retries where supported, idempotent handling and reconciliation against provider records.

Can this support businesses outside Kenya?

Yes, we work with clients internationally. Payment methods and provider access are market-specific, so we choose integrations based on the countries and financial providers you operate with.

How do you price payment integrations?

Based on the number of channels, existing software complexity, operational workflows, security controls, and ongoing support needs. We scope the work first and provide a proposal.

Let’s simplify your payment operations

Your systems. Your customers. Payments that just work.

Tell us what you’re connecting, and we’ll propose a practical approach.
