The text, drawings, logo and code of this website belong to Kweepa Technologies, except where something is marked as another's. The names of other products and companies belong to their owners.
Descriptions of our services and products are an outline of what we usually build, not an offer. What we build for a client, and on what terms, is set out in the agreement for that project.
No warranty
The website is provided as it is. We keep it accurate and available as best we can, but we do not promise that it is free of errors or always reachable, and we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on it, beyond what the law does not let us exclude.
Messages you send
What you send through the contact form is handled as the privacy policy describes. Please do not send confidential information through it; an agreement with us comes first.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Kenya, and the courts of Kenya have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
