From first conversation to real contribution.
No mysterious process. Choose each stage to see what actually happens.

We look at your roadmap, technical stack, team structure and delivery constraints. Together, we identify the right roles and a practical way to work.
What you leave withA clear engineering brief
Step 02 / Introductions
Get to know who will build with you.
Meet the proposed engineers, review their relevant experience and discuss collaboration before agreeing to start.
What you leave withPeople and expectations aligned
Step 03 / Delivery
Work within your existing rhythm.

Common questions
Clear terms. Better partnerships.
The right setup should be easy to understand before anyone joins your team.
What’s the difference between a dedicated team and staff augmentation?
A dedicated team includes engineers and a delivery lead working together on your product, with Kweepa coordinating delivery. Staff augmentation places one or more engineers inside your existing team, led by your people.
Can we meet the engineers first?
Yes. You can meet each proposed engineer before they join, discuss the role, and ask for another match where needed.
Who owns the code and what the team builds?
Your organisation owns the deliverables under the agreed contract. Work can happen in your repositories and accounts, and knowledge is documented for your team.
How do engagement terms and pricing work?
Staffing is usually agreed at a monthly rate per engineer, based on role and seniority. We discuss your requirements and agree the scope, availability and terms before work begins.
Can your engineers work with teams outside Kenya?
Yes. We collaborate across countries and time zones. The working schedule and communication expectations are agreed to suit your team and the engagement.
